1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

3. Return Process

- Please contact us at support@karoljinektar01.com to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, gift cards, and clearance items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please provide details and photos of the damage or defect so that we can assess the issue and provide appropriate support.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
